Born to Be Analyst is led by Adriana Selleri Rocha, an experienced business analysis and project management consultant and trainer who has delivered services across Europe, Asia and Latin America. Her expertise includes business analysis, requirements and stakeholder management, process improvement, project and PMO practices, digital transformation and professional training.
Adriana combines structured analysis with a practical understanding of how organizations and people work. She is particularly interested in the future of business analysis, including AI-enabled ways of working, remote and multicultural collaboration, and the growing role of business analysts in strategic decision-making.
